Amber Bingham has been a realtor with Keller Williams Preferred Properties for seven years but has been active in the real estate industry for nearly two decades. As a Washington, D.C. native, no one knows DMV real estate like Amber. In 2014–after gaining business management skills that serve as the foundation of her expertise–Amber started her career in property management and has worked with real estate heavyweights including Foulger Pratt, Barkan Management, and most recently, Edgewood/Vantage. Working in property management has given Amber an edge that many realtors simply don’t have–she brings her “behind the scenes” real estate knowledge to the forefront when working with clients. Amber has sold millions in real estate as a solo agent and is well-versed on the needs and expectations of D.C. area buyers and sellers. She has worked with over sixty clients and has closed numerous deals. In the beginning of her career as a realtor, Amber was an integral member of the Greene Group, a top-producing real estate group that sold over $21 million in real estate in 2018 alone. That same year, Amber won the Prince George's County Association of Realtors Platinum Award, ranking #5 group in the county. When she’s not organizing an open house or on the phone serving her clients, Amber can be found working out, traveling all over the world, and raising both a college student and a middle schooler.
